I gave three out of five because this place confuses me. Second time I have stayed, this time I went for the standard balcony room as I wasn’t impressed with the terrace room last time (had to move bed each time we wanted to go out onto the terrace, then move it back again to get the door to the room open). Anyway first impression was the room was bigger however still not enough hanging and storage space. Nowhere to hang a full length dress and the wardrobe is about 60cm wide. As others have said, if you are a couple staying for a week you won’t have enough space. Also not much space to store your luggage either. Small fridge but no option for it to be a mini bar that gets restocked. No details of laundry service. You need to ask at reception for an ironing board. Good sized safe in the room but if you’d brought your laptop to do some work there’s no real desk area, just a long slim shelf under the TV. Bed was softer one side than the other because it was two pushed together. This might suit some people. Sheets had a couple of small holes in - surely if you’d made that bed you would notice and get fresh sheets! Not many plug sockets either. The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door, it’s a screen with slats that rolls across so it wouldn’t be terribly private if there’s two in the room. As for the rest of the hotel, the staff are lovely but it can feel a little disorganised. Finding someone to order a drink from the bar is a challenge in the late afternoon. My top tip is head for the kitchens, there’s usually someone hidden in there. I had a great lymphatic drainage massage but wasn’t impressed by the spa circuit. Hotel guests have to pay - ok so it’s private use but I think there should be some concession. There were no robes and no real place to change in or out of wet costumes. I hope the windows have privacy glass as the gardener was right outside during my session which was hardly peaceful as he had a hedge strimmer or something going out there. There are no hand rails for entering the water parts of the spa and no soap or anything in the shower there. Max capacity is 6 people but with only two loungers (and no robes or changing facility) it would be a bit crowded with that many. Also the jacuzzi floods the floor when in use. When I’d finished my hour I couldn’t find anyone on reception to give feedback to. The restaurant is a little odd too, quite a small menu. Breakfast is good although having to book one of three slots in advance was a little annoying especially in the week when it was quiet. Had to send a prawn dish back one evening as it was still cold in the middle despite being nuclear on the outside. So, bit of a mixed bag. I’d probably not go back again as the overall feeling, despite the wonderful staff when you can find them, is one of being permanently mildly irritated.

The hotel is lovely and quiet, with a beautiful pool, excellent restaurant, and competent personnel. In September, though, you can notice some repairs needing to be done, like the phone not working or the mirror being scratched. The uppermost floor also smells a bit of damp even runnning a de-humidifier provided. The spa is clean and well-maintained, with large windows to the garden. The 40-minute massage is really about 30 minutes, however. The masseuse met me in Reception at 1 pm, accompanied me down to the spa area, spoke about the zone for massage, left for me to undress and get on the table but at 1:39, she was out of the room and I was dressing. This has happened to me other places and I always find it annoying. Just tell me the total time is 40 minutes but don't try to make it seem like I am really getting what I thought I had paid for! The oil used was very nice-lavender and rosemary- and was generously applied.

I have stayed there three times, last April 2024. The reception staff is friendly. Varied breakfast, taken care by the always helpful and smiling blond lady. Rooms with balcony and view of the beautiful garden with pool. Small space if in couple with 2 large suitcases. Bathroom with generous shower, I recommend the property to check the technical installations (sink, drain, shower, tiling). Despite low season with only 9 rooms occupied, one morning the cleaning of our room was forgotten, it can happen. I appreciated the kind gesture of the offered bottle of Cava with fruit. A suggestion to all guests: even in broad daylight, inside the hotel's private property, before getting out of your car, look carefully around, there could be thieves, as happened to me, snatched a very precious object from my wrist. A violent act two metres away from the reception and the back-office. No video surveillance. Despite the Guardia civil and Emergency room report, since months waiting of the Propriety her concrete position.

Spent a week here with a group of friends while attending a wedding in nearby Calpe. Our room was on the top floor, facing the pool. Lovely bathroom with fluffy towels and plenty if toiletries. Very comfortable beds and nice suze balcony. Breakfast is taken on terrace overlooking gardens, with lots of choice and chef on duty for your cooked breakfast requests. Reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful and drinks reasonably priced. Pool was kept clean and plenty of sunbeds although a few more parasols would be appreciated. Hotel is a good 40 minute walk into Moraira, which is the only reason I would not return here. There are restaurants nearby though.

Fantastic Hotel. I first came here in 2022 when my sister and her husband hired the whole hotel to hold their Wedding. Staff are Amazing and I want to particularly praise Carmen who is fantastic. She is friendly, happy and has great character. It's about a 10 minute walk into town, but only about a 2 min walk to the Algas Bar by the beach which is my favourite place in the World! Hotel is Clean, Tidy and quiet. Stayed here in 2022, Last Year, and got back from staying here last week! Will be back next year.

Remote location from Moraira village (rental car is mandatory). Unfortunately isolation means risky place since robbery occurs in their property also due to their lack of security measures (no camera nor video coverage). Staff seems insufficient, untrained or inadequate since the minimum service level is not guaranteed (friends of mine didn’t get their room cleaned regularly although the hotel was relatively empty). Conclusion: to be avoided.

Isolated hotel with no security equipment. I strongly not recommend to visit this hotel if you have luxury items since they have no decent privacy infrastructure nor video surveillance nor security staff which makes it an open door for burglaries. We were attacked and robbed of a luxury watch during our stay at the hotel and it didn’t surprise anyone familiar with the matter. Besides the security issues, we suffered from severel lack of professionalism in general. For instance our room was not cleaned although we were just a few clients staying at that time. I would hesitate to recommend this place to friends unless they are expert in martial arts or well equipped for self defense.
