It's a nice hotel, the staff were friendly but only really did the basics, they didn't go out of there way to help. The soundproofing between the rooms is inadequate as I could hear adjacent rooms TV's and flushing toilets. And the room doors let noise into the room. My biggest issue was with the breakfast. Poor choice (for a westerner) and it was all cold, but just warm enough make you wonder about bacteria growing. I wouldn't mind waiting for things to be cooked (at least made hot) and unfortunately the breakfast is the last thing you experience before you leave so it is what leaves a lasting impression for me.

The hotel is in the heart of Phang Nga. It is very convenient to travel to various government places. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Good service staff Next opportunity, if coming to Phang Nga, I will definitely stay here.

We arrived at the HotSpring Beach Resort at the end of June '23, just a week after a new General Manager had started his new role - something we found out because he was actively meeting and greeting guests and will obviously be a great asset to the resort. He is overseeing a huge number of renovations and upgrades due for completion by the end of 2023 - and so any older reviews that speak of the resort needing some attention will now likely be redundant as the place is undergoing a major - and impressive - facelift. We were thrilled by our spacious room, the fantastic hot spring pools and the excellent contrast of the icy 'chill' pool (a rarity in Thailand, where refreshingly cold water to dip in is not so common). The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, and the grounds all the way to the beach are quite wonderful. Of course, in any transformation there is always something that still needs tweaking. Our two recommendations to the resort would be to enhance the taste and the number of vegetarian options of breakfast, which was generally a little on the bland side (though we ate two a la carte dinners at the resort restaurant which were outsanding and quite delicious). The other recommendation is to keep the beach free of the relentless flow of plastic and other garbage which the sea washes up. Although this is so common everywhere, and certainly not the fault of the resort, the beach gets a daily deposit of bottles and other plastics, and it would be great to see some efforts being made to collect and tidy the beach area as it's not huge, and this would certainly be an hour well-spent. Overall, highly recommended for a stay here - it's a unique place with such relaxing waters and the sense you're in the middle of a tropical forest with secret thermal springs just waiting to be discovered. If you're there in low season of June/Jule like us, then you won't see too many other people around and you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit!

The lady boss is very nice and can communicate via WhatsApp. In the alley of the main street, it is quiet in the bustle. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors and laundromats around, which is great value for money. The landlady can help arrange airport pick-up for 1500b one-way, and you will pay in cash after airport pick-up.

This is 2nd time to stay at Le Meridien Khao Lak and always good to be back. Thank you so much to upgrade my room to deluxe room 1215 that is closed to the beach. The room is very tidy and clean. Both Receptionist and Bellman are helpful and friendly. Especially, Khun Ing at The Nest restaurant, she comes to talk and recommends us great foods for dinner. Airport Beach Hotel is in a fantastic location especially for those flying in late at night or with an early departure. The hotel is very clean and modern with a good breakfast offered. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only complaint I have is the bathtub/shower area which was terribly designed as the entire bathroom gets flooded when the water runs off the tub on onto the floor.

We stayed at The Leaf Ocenside as a quarantine hotel due to covid-19. The service from Puran and his team was outstanding! We would definately consider going back just for the service... It is not a new hotel, and a lot of the facilities could use an upgrade. But the athmosphere was great.

Hotel I love! Although it is a little far away from Phuket, it takes about 50 minutes by boat, but the environment on the island is really good, and it is very quiet, which is very suitable for vacation. The hotel is basically full of European and American tourists. We also talked to a couple from Germany. They said they were repeat customers. They especially liked it, so they went on holiday again. There is a big swing on the beach, it's super popular! There is also a small swing in the room, and it is a pleasant time to take a nap on it at noon. The restaurant has to add a service fee. The overall price is a bit expensive, but the portion of the dish is large and it is on the island, so it is normal for the price to be a little expensive. There are Thai food and Western food. I think the taste is very good and delicious! There was a singer at night, and the atmosphere was great. Overall very satisfied, I have the opportunity to take my parents back again!

Basic amenities: Hair dryer, and daily bottled water were appreciated touches. Cons: No room service: Absence of room service could be limiting, especially for late arrivals or early departures. Restaurant selection: The menu's lack of variety might not satisfy all tastes. Panphuree Residence ticks many boxes for a convenient airport stopover, particularly with its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and free airport transfers. However, the limited food options and lack of room service may be drawbacks for some.
