X Hotel Thai Nguyen

The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation and dining nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is clean, and I slept soundly. The front desk guys and girls are enthusiastic in service, the check-in and check-out are efficient, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I will choose here next time!

We paid 25e/night for the double room. The most positive point is the staff who are really very kind and welcoming. However, there was no one to take care of our luggage, we took the trolley ourselves to get it down from the car (our driver gave us a hand too). At one point one of the receptionists came but being more frail than me it was complicated for her so I preferred to take care of it. At first, no one to get them from the room so my husband went down to get the trolley and we took our suitcases down ourselves. Arriving in the room I found hair in the bathroom that I had to clean. When you shower you put water everywhere because there is no glass to protect the shower square. The bathroom is very small too. The finishes are poorly done and the toilet bowl had a large yellow stain which gives a very bad impression from the start. Renting a motorbike was complicated, we ended up getting one for 200,000 VND/day. Breakfast was simple but good. For the evening, we had room service the first night and nothing on the second. I think that for about the same price, it is better to go to the May Plaza which seems to be of better quality.
