Overall, I found the strong, distinct Indian scents to be quite overpowering. Additionally, the breakfast buffet predominantly featured Indian cuisine, which made it somewhat challenging for international guests.

Everything was good we even got our room upgraded  The only problem was there were in 2 lifts in the entire hotel and one of them was not working  So had to wait for long times to go up or down

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

The staff were very friendly and nice. The room condition was excellent and the stadium view was fantastic. Thank you again to the staff who helped me.

The location is not very good, but I like the restaurant food and the stay experience very much.

Far from all the attractions, otherwise everything is great, the staff is very friendly and ready to solve any of your requests/questions. The choice is large for breakfast

On our way to Pune, my hometown, my family and I stopped by this Marriott property for breakfast after celebrating a wonderful Diwali with friends and family in Mumbai. Sadly, the experience fell short of the standards we’ve come to associate with the Marriott brand. Although the hotel didn’t seem very busy, the elevator took quite some time to arrive. The breakfast spread was rather limited, and the overall quality left much to be desired. The only cold beverage available — a Mango Milkshake — tasted more like flavored syrup than a milk-based drink. Many of the buffet items had gone cold, and the bakery and dessert sections appeared limited and lacked freshness. Service was also below par. The team seemed somewhat disengaged, with delays in serving live station orders and even a mix-up at our table. It also took a few reminders to receive the bill. Later, we waited over 15 minutes for our car, as there appeared to be a shortage of valets. While operational challenges can happen, a warm greeting or an apology for the delay would have gone a long way. We’ve always enjoyed our experiences with Marriott across cities, which made this visit particularly disappointing. However, I do believe this property has great potential. With some focus on service attentiveness, food variety, and guest engagement, it could truly reflect the Marriott hospitality that guests like us have come to appreciate. I hope to see these improvements and would be happy to visit again in the future.

The breakfast spread was, by far, the most disappointing I’ve seen at any Marriott property — very limited choices and visibly poor service. There was just one cold beverage option, a “Mango Milkshake” that tasted like flavored syrup diluted in water, with no trace of milk. Most of the already limited buffet dishes had gone cold, and the bakery and dessert section looked dull and uninspired. The service left much to be desired. The servers appeared disengaged and inattentive — ignoring repeated reminders about food ordered from the live stations. To make matters worse, the wrong order was delivered to our table, and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. It took multiple reminders just to get the bill. Finally, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for our car at the porch, only to be told they were short on valets because one had gone for breakfast. A simple smile, apology, or acknowledgment of the delay would have gone a long way, but none came. Overall, this visit fell far below the standards one expects from a Marriott experience. Regrettably, we won’t be returning to this property in the near future.

I love this hotel . Usually I came this hotel for business trip and it meets all my requirment for longer stay. Special thanks for to supports staff shantanu , harshali, shweta, shravan to give their best service in hotel.

My parents stayed here for a night, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff made them feel welcomed from the very beginning — They were pleasantly surprised with a fresh fruit tray right after check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable, with a modern design that added to the relaxing atmosphere. They also tried the spa, and it exceeded their expectations — the service was professional, the ambiance soothing, and it was the perfect way to unwind. The breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic! A wide variety of dishes, both Indian and continental, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The only small area for improvement would be the auto AC control in the room — it felt a bit warm during the night despite being set to 24°C. But honestly, that’s a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Nerul delivers on every promise of a 5-star experience — warm hospitality, great food, relaxing amenities, and impeccable service. Highly recommended and would definitely love to return!

We found the buffet spread nice. The location and ambience was excellent. In addition to Indian dishes, Asian dishes were also well prepared. Special mention for chef Manas Kumar and Chef Avinash. Chef Manas always goes out of his way to please the guests. We have had this experience several times before also.
