Phuong Hoang Hotel Reviews

The hotel is generally quite decent — not far from the city center and a supermarket (formerly Big C). The rooms are spacious, the bed linen and towels are clean, and the breakfasts are fairly good. All of this for a ridiculously low price of around 1,000 rubles. However, my overall impression was spoiled by the way one of my requests was ignored. I left a document in the room and contacted the hotel by email asking them to send it to Da Nang at my expense. I wrote to two different email addresses but received no response at all. Since no one there speaks English, I didn’t even bother calling.

The facilities are in disrepair and need to be refurbished / replaced / maintained.
