It’s cute and quaint with everything you need for a camping adventure! Now resting on a cement foundation, this camp site has an outhouse with compost toilet , propane hot water shower and solar powered lights with usb outlets and power strip for device charging.The kitchenette features a mini refrigerator (outside), two burner propane stove and all the basics for cooking and eating camp meals or fire up the bbq outside.The camper will be furnished with 2 sleeping bags with sheets and blankets, 2 pillows and kitchen and bath towels. We provide flashlights and other camping essentials including a 5 gal drinking water jug.Life on the volcano is always an adventure and the weather can add to the excitement, so you’ll want to bring a few warm clothes and sturdy shoes.Please note: This is a remote location, some cell phones may struggle to get service. There is no wifi. Lava can be difficult to walk on; this adventure is not recommended for people with limited mobility.Guest accessYou are invited to walk around the homestead gardens or explore the 2+ acres of lava, but watch out, there are many immature plants in this fragile eco-system! Our property is very young so many areas are still being developed.Toss your leftovers to the chickens (just no onions or garlic) Turkeys like fresh greens and rabbits too- plus carrots or fruits and veggies!Roosters like to welcome the day around 6 am. Our puppy is called Monty, ginger kitty- Sunshine and black and white tabby- Fuzzy Mike!Other things to noteNo WIFI! This is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the sky! You do NOT need a 4x4 vehicle.
