YHA Broad Haven

The staff's friendliness, well-equipped kitchen, and cleanliness were praised. Guests enjoyed diverse breakfast and comfortable beds. The exceptional location near the beach and local amenities was appreciated.

A well run hostel close to the centre and a short walk to a large beach with a blue flag. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a all male dorm room num 5. which had a shower and a toilet. My lower dorm bed was comfy with fine linen. It also had lockers under the bed. There was a good bar with a lounge room. The kitchen was large and well equipped. An expensive supermarket is a 10 min walk away. A good pub is next to the supermarket. Well done YHA.

Our family spent five nights at the YHA in a five-person room. Check-in went very smoothly. The room itself was probably the only minor disappointment of the trip. It was quite small, there were damp bubble spots on the wall and very limited storage for clothes. The shower was fine although it was a shower room with no screen, meaning everything in the bathroom got soaked and quite regularly the water would leak out under the door onto the carpet. We had dinner the first night which for what it was was fine though we did not eat there again nor have breakfast. The self-catering facilities were very good and clean with all the required utensils, crockery and cutlery. The main selling points was the location which was stunning. And the staff. We dealt a lot with Grace and Amy and both were superb, kind and courteous. So thank you for making our trip so goooooood. Another YHA hostel that I would happily return to
