Cleaning was poor, the dust on tables and shelves was not cleaned during the stay. Breakfast was good even though it was just a meal you choose from their restaurant. However, the overall experience was ruined due to the late night leakage in our room and we were provided with another room (that had one king size bed, instead of two separate beds) so we had to pack our stuff and move to another floor. Apparently the new room was faulty, because we it had no “noise cancellation”, and we could hear all the noise from outside which disturbed our sleep. Secondly, the AC was continuously leaking on the table. Lastly, somehow the new room had two safes (even the manager didn’t know why we had two, instead of one), and neither of them was working, when we asked the staff for help, they told us that there is no maintenance on Sundays, so random staff kept coming to our room trying to help, but it was unsuccessful and we had to bring all the valuables with us for the whole day, which was kind of inconvenient, but the worst part is that we lost around 3 hours of our last day in Sydney just seeking for help, and had to edit our plans for the day. Overall, the best part was the hotel location, so if it is the only thing you are looking for, this is a good choice.
