This is not my first trip to this hotel. Things really got bad with the hotel business after COVID-19 hit Thailand. They lost their major hotel guests from China. No more buffet breakfast only ala cart provided. The whole hotel I only see less than 5 lights on during the night. And the furniture and fittings really reduced in quantity and quality. 🥺 For example the shower is weak and the water temperature is totally uncontrollable. It's either too hot or too cold. 😥😥

In the new apartment building inside the gas station, there is a 40-minute taxi near the airport to the airport. There is a convenience store and a fast-food restaurant in the gas station. There is no shopping mall within four kilometers. It is convenient to go to the airport, then the hotel will retreat. The room has been informed that it will be deducted 200 baht for 2 hours, but there are no tips and notices during the check-in process. It may be because there is no telephone facility in the apartment, so no one will inform you during the check-out process. deposit.

Cleanliness is good, but not the best. Think the bed sheets were not changed.... but it's too late to ask them to chang3 it... and it is very comfy, very pretty place to stay in. Quiet as well... in the corner.... and spacious enough to move around. Amenities include fridge, microwave and some shampoo/soap with towels. As well as a shower cap and some cotton buds... and a sofa to chill at + a work table and chair too. Big open wardrobe to see your clothes better. But only 2 hangers. No Slippers or hairdryer or laundry service, unlike what's shared in trip.com. but service is good with very limited English. Across the road is 7 eleven and some food as well as a laundry service.... but very inconvenient for someone that doesn't speak Thai... sigh. 4/5 total. Would be great place to stay, if not for the linens... location is convenient too.

The staff speaks English at the reception, and are definitely helpful. The room are still in good shape but the cleaning in the bathroom might be improved. The 2 aspects that are impacting negatively my review are the following: - free mini-bar for the first night, just check-out the photo, it's a fake promotion - the breakfast is at this moment a pure scam as well. Probably due to covid, they can't make a buffet and it is fully understandable, but the customer should informed up front what it will be: a plate and a all-in-one dehydrated coffee. If I knew, I'll not include it. Anyway...

The experience is very good, the location is also great, just near the samrong sky rail station, the airport express line is turned to the yellow line. The hotel also sells some small debris, including short-sleeved souvenirs, etc., and the price is very affordable. The boss is very good, very warm, and the service is in place.
