入住時出現了小插曲，不知密碼怎麼索取，在攜程的幫助下找到了房東，房東的微笑化解了我們的遺憾，房東並送給了我們一盒蛋糕，使我們感到到這個陌生的地方也有了温暖。床墊舒適，廚房很大，設備齊全，入住體驗還是愉快的。在這裏還看到了漫天的極光，這裡是觀看極光的好地方，地光少且北京風景也好看！

The room is very large, about 40 square meters, bath water or geothermal water. In addition to the accommodation room, the hotel also has a separate drying room for drying clothes (the taste inside is conceivable) for drying the soaked objects of the passengers. There are also coffee and tea in the public tea break area for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is also a more plentiful and very good hotel. Nice big room, beds are very good, pillow ok (soft). Shower etc. also clean and do not smell of sulfur. Good and very extensive breakfast. Restaurant is good and has tasty meals for a reasonable price. Service and staff friendly and helpful. Location is remote. Supermarket is far away. Diamond beach Is relatively close (30 minutes).

It is relatively close to the glacier hiking meeting point and Diamond Beach, about 30 minutes drive away. The room is clean and tidy, the only thing is that there is no kettle. The food in the restaurant is also good, and the dishes we ordered are quite suitable for Chinese tastes.

Clean, spacious, well equipt, family friendly and good customer service! 😊 Tough times are a blessing in disguise, it always reveals the true color of the people around us. We planned to stay in 2020 however Covid happened. Team was very understanding and accommodating to our predicament. It was a happy surprise to find premise exceeding our expectations too! Shoes are well organised with rack and oraginsers neatly stacked at entrance. Reception was friendly and informative. Room was clean and neat. In room wash basin was a big plus! There were 2 spacious and well equipt WCs to our section of 6-8rooms. 2 spacious dining areas, 1 large double fridge, 1 single fridge, spacious well equipt kitchen with various prep tables and 2-3+ sinks, pots/pans of various sizes, kitchen towels, utensils, cutleries, hot water dispenser, toaster, coffee percolator, sandwich press, oven, microwave, beverages and absolutely all one needs in the kitchen and more are furnished. It is also children friendly with baby chair, cot and safe play area provided. Rooms are well sectioned with family rooms assigned at the back, away from the hustle and bustle. There are also rooms in basement. There is also a washer/dryer and small drying rack at the far end, past kitchens and book cabinet with reading materials for the avid reader. We had a good comfortable night stay and hope you do too! 🙂

The restaurant environment is very good, the dinner is delicious and the price is moderate, it is worth a try. The room facilities are complete and the service staff is good.
