I'm extremely disappointed with Avoki's hospitality. The management, led by Jishnu, seems unprofessional and uncaring about customer satisfaction. I booked five rooms for my family, confirming we'd need extra beds for some rooms. But when we arrived, the beds weren't there. Jishnu demanded extra charges when we asked for help late at night, despite prior confirmation. This was stressful, especially with elderly and young family members. We had to share beds, which wasn't ideal. The resort's hygiene was also poor. The swimming pool was dirty and had insects, and we had to ask multiple times for basics like towels and toothpaste. Other guests had similar issues, but Jishnu wasn't available to address them. It's clear Avoki prioritizes profits over guests' needs. I strongly advise against booking here, especially since they require full payment upfront. Be prepared for poor service once they've got your money. Avoki isn't a good choice for a relaxing getaway.
