"Room wasn't cleaned even after we reached the place they cleaned in front of us and provided the blankets, pillow cover and bed spreads which are not washed well as well their service from reception is too harsh hot water was not given both in the evening and early morning. After continuous follow up they brought ah instant water heater and gave us no response or support to any calls even when we were there in any situations @makemy trips please ignore this hotel from your list to avoid bad impression on your business"

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated during an incident involving the door lock of my room. I would like to provide details about the situation and seek a fair resolution. On the morning of [15-12-2024], while locking the door before going out, the key accidentally broke in the lock. I immediately reported the issue to the receptionist and even offered to bear the cost of compensation. However, I was informed that the entire door lock system needed replacement, and I was asked to pay ₹1000. I was surprised by this response, as it seems unreasonable to replace the entire lock system when making a spare key in the market would cost only ₹200-₹300. I shared this concern with the receptionist, but his response was disrespectful. When I asked to speak with the manager to clarify the situation, he cut the call and claimed that the manager also supported the ₹1000 charge. Later in the evening, I requested again to speak to the manager, but the receptionist rudely denied my request, saying the manager was busy. His behavior throughout the interaction was unprofessional and hurtful, leaving me feeling disrespected as a customer. I want to emphasize that this incident was purely accidental, and I never refused to pay a reasonable amount for the damage. However, being forced to pay ₹1000 for what could be resolved with a spare key feels unfair. Furthermore, the way I was treated adds to my disappointment. finally I paid 500 while vacating rooms on next day."

"While our travel happened during a potential storm threat, we did not postpone our trip and reached late in the night. The resort is located in the highway and well outside of town and closer to the airport. We were well received, and check-in was smooth. As requested, we got our room on the ground floor. The room was large for a deluxe room with a lot of empty space. Every room has a private balcony view with shades. It's great to have early tea/coffee. All the private balconies had common connected areas with trees. Even the restroom was spacious. We told the cottages were best, but they require at least 1 month of advance booking. The wifi was average quality reception in my room. The whole resort lot of greenery with well maintained lawns and empty spaces. It was good for a morning stroll. Avoid going to late evening as we were told that there are lot snakes in the empty spaces. Since they have 2 halls for conducting functions, we saw a lot of walk-in guests attending them. The swimming pool was located at the far end of the resort. The gym was very small with minimal equipment with 1 treadmill and other workout gears. The best is to walk around. The buffet breakfast included good choices, including pancakes, cereal, bread (peanut butter), idili, poori, and live counter with variety of dosai and eggs recipes. The buffet was served inside the restaurant. Lunch was also served in the restaurant while dinner was served in the front lawn whenever it didn't rain. Delicious fresh seafood cuisine is served both during lunch and dinner. Seafood like Venjiram Fish, Prawns, and Kalamari (Baby Squids) were served fresh. The chicken steak was average. Take Mr. Sudhakar recommendations, especially during dinner. Finally thanks to all staff (most stay in the hotel) especially the manager Mr. Sudalaimani for all the help during the stay. The best time to stay is from November to February months. "

"Rooms were not maintained properly. Broken bathroom doors. My stay experience in this hotel during my last visit (2 years back) was also not great, gave a try this time assuming things would have improved. It has become a lot worse."

"Thai beach resort in Tiruchendur is located at a comfortable location. Room was big and comfortable. People were very courteous. Parking is also available which is a big issue in Tiruchendur. Only issue we faced is the quality of linen and pillows. Otherwise it is a good resort and recommendable."
