Nice welcoming place, staff friendly and helpful. I had the pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto with a baked fig it was lovely. Good atmosphere with lots of chat which is always nice instead of a tv blaring in the background. The beer garden is huge and a lovely sun trap.

The food at the buck inn is excellent. Staff really friendly & attentive. Good atmosphere. Everything perfect. Very well worth a visit. The pub/restaurant was buzzing & we hadnt booked a table but we were welcomed in & a table became free soon after. Service was very efficient & supplied by lovely young lady who couldnt do enough for us. Really super place. Will definitely visit again.

We stopped for a quick lunch, the food was amazing. We shared a fish finger butty with chips, our friends had the New York deli sandwich. Good value for money and very generous portions. Would highly recommend for families as the beer garden is large.

We called a couple of times during our stay in the village & both times the staff were very friendly & the cask beer good. The pub lacked a little ambience but the beer garden made up for it as it was very nice & clean. We didn’t try the food as it was only a small menu and nothing appealed to us.
