The suite is large in size and suitable for a family of three. The air conditioning is also very powerful and the hotel parking lot is large. It's about 30 minutes from the waterfall and about 10 minutes from the pen center. It's very convenient to go anywhere.

The room is spacious but the minor thing is we only we got 1 Bottle water. Usually hotel give 2 bottles

We were on the main floor near the lobby and at 6am I could hear the lobby music.
Otherwise the rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable.
Very close to Brock University.

We liked the location. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. For both meals the serving staff were friendly and competent, and the food was very good.

Overall stay was ok but for some reason they don't have daily room cleaning and as well, none of the phones in my room worked. As well, because they don't do room cleaning you need to hunt someone down for towels.

The location of this hotel is great, very convenient. The room was just clean enough, but there was a lot of mould in the shower, the mirror/vanity were not overly clean and needed wiped down etc. just small details but many of them that made the room feel less clean than I would have expected.
