Room is clean with all the basic necessities provided. Front desk staff helped to book a taxi to the airport. It was a short drive 5-10 min drive to Terminal 5.

Hotel was a little old fashioned in the build, Service was good.
The Aviation bar with a view was fantastic, The price of drinks wasn't. £7.40 for a larger that costs me £3.90 in my local.
Hotel room was clean & very presentable but old fashioned.
Parking was expensive @ £18 a night.

Great having a room overlooking the runway. It was soundproof so we could enjoy watching the planes land without the noise.

The room is a bit far and it’s difficult to pull along 2 luggages to the room and back. Other than that, all is good.

large & long Spider Web on the wall. window is too old that no isolation function even double glass. no heater in the room but air conditioner has to turn on the strongest hot wind to keep warm the room. No lift! The indication of hotel is very small and dim at night which is not easy seen on the road after get off the bus. Suggest to choose P. Inn at the opposite of Thistle Hotel

The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.

The best thing about this hotel is its location/price ratio. You can get the pods (for a charge) to and from terminal 5 but it’s also easy to jump on buses to terminal 2+3. The bar restoring has great views of the runway and the rooms are fine although dates. Everything seems clean. Staff were nice.

The hotel is comfy enough for travellers who had 5-10 hours of flight transit in Heathrow Airport
