Blue Serene Resort

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Blue Serene Resorts in July, ***** with our batchmates and their families. The entire team, led by Mr. Dinesh, was exemplary—warm, courteous, and extremely supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requirements and made us feel truly welcome. The food was exquisite and absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Blue Serene and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Nice location in.green environment and.backwater with boating facility. Most staffs very friendly. One person in front office is bit not fit for.customer facing profile. Food oprions limited but good.

Poor maintenance.even.no hold water as basic 1 star hotel will provide .staffs are not responding if ask anything..please don't prefer this resorr

The property is very well situated. The food was quite good and hygienic but gets boring after a couple of days. Choice was limited. The rooms were quite spacious but doors were creaking. Maintenance was poor. The kettle was stinking, towels had a smell due to long non use during off season. The property needs considerable investment in maintenance if it has to survive.

In a remote location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfaast was also good. Pool also ok. KIDS having a small. Play area only. Good staff. Cycles for kids are there but not in working condn. Outside look to be made impressive and very clean and neat. More entertainment for kids to be arranged. Ok ok.

Overall good experience, it was nice stay and staff very polite and happy full till we departure and location wise is very calm place and peaceful location and only draw back was no hot water available during our stay, they had to separately provide bucket of water for each persons and property was maintained very good

Blue Serene Resorts Theeradesha Road Thrissur, India Day 1 [19-04-26] Checked-in at 4:00 pm. 1. No welcome drink for family members. 2. No luggage trolley was available 3. One needs to carry one’s luggage by self. [As only female trainee staff was available] Day 2 [20-04-26] Checked out at 7:00 am 1. No space to dry wet cloth 2. Outer layer of back portico was clumsy [Dirty]. Not cleaned. Not a pleasant visibility from window. 3. No supervisor was available at pool side. Food Please don’t stay if you are following Hindu religion as Beef is in their menu but not pork. Cleanness Although toilet was cleaned but condition was not ok. No toilet paper. Old strains at surface made me scared. Non availability of hot water for shower. [Geyser was not working and so no hot water was available] Others Fridge was not working. Surprised to know that breakfast was not offered. One needs to be very careful while booking else needs to pay good amount to have it. My experience was not so good. Will not plan to stay in future.

The stay was exquisite and the hotel management were really helpful. I had actually booked a deluxe room. But they upgraded my room to Premium as a compliment. Thank you Blue Serene Resorts. Will come back!
