Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort

Food quality is good but service slow and erratic though courteous. A bit too expensive. The above comments are for in room dining. I did not eat at the restaurant. Room has no ironing board and iron and no hair dryer. AC vents should be directed to ensure even cooling of room. Quality of service is good and staff are very genial, accessible and go out of the way to help. Front desk managers are great. Security staff very helpful. Wi fi and net connectivity leaves much to be desired. We stayed 8 days and each day ( often many times in a day) , the user name, even room number and password changes. Toilets and bath good. Laundry very expensive. Over all it gives value for money and any day I would return for a stay. Over all happy compared to other hotels in the class except Hyatt Regency. Thanks

Rooms are clean.

I’m disappointed as for 3 reasons: First I booked this hotel for the swimming pool but it was closed , I claimed kindly and no body offer a kind of compensation. Second , when a arriver there was a very bad smell closed to the lift and it’s stay like that during two days Third poor internet connection And breakfast with not enough choice for foreign people who can not supporting always spicy food. Not at the level the pretended In conclusion I do not recommend this one , to expensive for the level they offered

Big spacious room, comfy and value for money, recommended if you are in thrissur.

Experience is fine, Room maintained excellent. Breakfast is good and delicious, staffs are courteous , polite, very attentive.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were kept neat and tidy. Excellent experience due to courteous staff at the reception desk and room service executives. Thanks a lot.

An Excellent Stay with Exceptional Hospitality I had a wonderful experience at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is modern, well maintained and very conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall ambience is contemporary yet warm. What stood out most was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, attentive and genuinely willing to help. The service was efficient without being intrusive, which made the stay particularly enjoyable. The food was another highlight. The quality and presentation were excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The dining experience was very satisfying. The property also has good parking facilities, which is a definite advantage when travelling by car. Overall, Park Inn Thrissur offers an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, food and outstanding service. It is easily one of the better places to stay in Thrissur, whether you are travelling for business, with family, or simply looking for a comfortable weekend stay. Special appreciation to the entire team for making the stay so pleasant. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
