Good, but a little old. The staff didn’t really speak English so there was a bit of communication issue. Otherwise, it’s as expected. Breakfast has plentiful choice. Will book again.

The wake-up call service was unreliable; I almost overslept. There were no disposable slippers in the room, and even the laundry bag wasn't free. This hotel is just so-so; I'll try somewhere else next time.

Spacious room and clean. Breakfast was decent and delicious enough. Didn't try to use the facilities as there wasn't enough time.

The service was terrible. I booked an executive suite, but they gave me a standard room. The front desk staff wouldn't admit their mistake and refused to refund the price difference. They even cursed at me in Vietnamese, thinking I wouldn't understand. Their attitude was awful. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but I wouldn't even give it one star.

The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for transport. The service was excellent, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was quiet, making it a great choice for business trips.

Room is not very new but decent. Booked a few rooms and one of the room has a musky smell. The beds are good size. Breakfast spread is great and offers good variety.

this place is so nice . but this one is recomended if u want having peace of mind Quite far in the city but good and relaxing
