"A beautiful hotel. The best bed we have slept in so far. Rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast was tasty. But the most outstanding part of this hotel is its amazing staff! The staff at our hotel treated us like family ordering us local speciality food to try and organising one of the best tours we have had this trip. Hoang (bartender)& Dung (Receptionist) were our easy riders for our trip and we had such a fabulous time. We wish we had more time here. The roof top bar is excellent with Hoang making delicious cocktails! Thao (Receptionist) met every need we asked of her with a huge smile, what a great team they are. Great location, close to town."

"We used this hotel for 1 night and at best it's adequate. The hotel room is quite small it does however have a fridge,kettle and a safe. The bathroom is a wet room style and after 2 minutes hot water does come through. A rooster gave background noise from 3.30am which is not the hotels fault but worth noting. The room had a few scuffs and scrapes it was clean though. The worst part was the cold/ hot breakfast buffet all the cold food was room temperature and unfortunately so was the supposedly hot food, to make matters worse the coffee wasn't hot either. We attempted a few items but in the end walked over the road and had some hot coffee elsewhere. Not a hotel we would return to."

"A hidden little gem, tucked behind the Main Street. Our room had the river view. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants and the local bus to Ban Gioc Waterfall. The owner was attentive and helpful. The room was modern and the bathroom was one of the cleanest we’ve seen throughout our trip in Vietnam. Would love to come back again."
