She greets all other customers with a smile, keeps saying polite words, and nods and bows. When we arrived, , I happily told her thank you, but she ignored me and just ignored me.  And this hotel is not cheap. I spent 3,300 yuan to book a room with breakfast. The breakfast was buffet, but she actually told me Said ”You have eaten enough, you can't add more”? ? ? ? This is unheard of. I argued with her, but she was reluctant to add something to me with a cold face, and deliberately delayed it for a long time, wasting our time when we went out to play. By the way, such a hard baguette, I didn't eat toast while giving it. I couldn't bite after being scolded by her. I really wanted to say bad words and curse people. I have never been so angry by a hotel staff, who discriminated and treated me differently. Facilities: Oh, by the way, don’t follow the Google map and walk the nearly 200 stone steps. It’s very tiring. Walk 80 meters further and there is an elevator leading to the parking lot that can be reached directly. The front desk is very small, even smaller than the one in the Express Hotel. Small. Don't go wrong. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. It blows cold air all the time. It rained that day and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees, but the air conditioner still had to blow cold. Fortunately, there were enough quilts, so I felt better after sleeping. 

Basically, we liked the apartment. Clean and everything you need was there. Unfortunately, the bed was very narrow for two and the spring construction made it uncomfortable when one turned for the other. That should be changed. Looks good but impractical.

The century-old shop is located in the city center. The first floor of the residence is a coffee restaurant. It is not far from the train station. It is the back entrance of the Thun Castle across the road. The entrance of the small door goes along the stairs to the castle. Western-style breakfast is abundant. The room is big with three beds, clean and hygienic, comfortable mattresses, high-end bathroom decoration, but there is no elevator to check luggage to the third floor!

Good location, not big city

First of all, the room is slanted, and the bathroom has a serious drainage problem. As for breakfast, you know, it is mainly Western, very ordinary, and the variety is repetitive. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the front desk will disappear for 5 minutes. I have experienced it twice. I can only call someone. They told me to wait, but I waited for more than 5 minutes.
