The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are lovely too! However, the A/C in the room doesn’t switch to the cold setting and the air in the room is extremely dry. Very bad for sleeping unfortunately!

Very comfortable environment, and you can open the windows for ventilation. The smart guest room features are a nice touch.

The hygiene was good, and the location was excellent, right in the Wudadao area, yet very quiet. The facilities were also nice. Highly recommend!

Two adults and one child, came to Tianjin for a trip. I really don't recommend this place. First, the hotel couldn't provide children's slippers. We stayed for two nights, and even on the second day, there were still no children's slippers. Second, there were nails sticking out of the edge of the hotel desk 😡. It's a good thing we visited in winter and I was wearing thick pants when it happened. Luckily, it was an adult who got poked. When I reported it to the hotel, their response was, 'How about adding me on WeChat, and next time we'll give you a free room upgrade.' I was speechless. Third, the hot water wasn't very hot. I don't know what to say, but both my child and I felt cold 🥶. The hygiene wasn't good either; the telephone and remote control were covered in dust.

Very good. The soundproofing is excellent, facilities are well-equipped, and the hygiene is thoroughly maintained. The service is prompt and friendly.

The front desk staff suggested us to add extra for bigger size room with big windows but ended up we have to keep the curtain closed all the time as the window is facing opposite the restaurant. The front desk assigned us rooms at 2nd floor. Great disappointment. This hotel is around 15 minutes walk from subway station.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you'll find Wudadao Park and a tourist information center. It's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Minyuan Plaza, and getting to Wudadao itself is very convenient. There are numerous bus stops within about 200 meters of the hotel, making transportation incredibly easy. The hotel is clean, quiet, and includes breakfast. Overall, if you're visiting Tianjin and looking for a place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable – I had a thoroughly refreshing night's sleep. The cleanliness was top-notch; every nook and cranny was spotless. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped me, was warm, attentive, and answered all my questions. The hotel's location is also super convenient, making it really easy to go out and explore for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Great hotel, we liked our stay in Qingdao, so decided to try the same one in Tianjin. Location is more than perfect, in the one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Nearby there’s everything you need - restaurants, cafes, shops, a lot of sightseeings, malls, banks etc. Hotel provides everything you need - toothbrushes, combs, shaving kit etc.

Got upgraded to a bigger family room for free. Kids love the room alot. Walkibg diatance to the 5th avenue. Easy to travel around with cab. Free laundry and dryer. Great place overall. We had most of our meals at teemall, which cost only 10 to 14 rmb per trip

The reception staff are very helpful , efficient and cheerful in providing exceptional customer services, going out of their way to assist me in online orders etc. Special mention for 小马 who advised me on places of interests to visit & helped me in handling the luggage. The room is clean and bed is comfortable but the inner curtains need to be fixed. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I return to Tianjin.

friendly desktop service, nice location and near shopping mall

For the price, this is absolutely amazing. 1. The room size is just nice, with a very nice view to Wu Da Dao area. The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. 2. Location is a little far from the nearest metro station but it is right on the border of Wu Da Dao tourist attraction. It is also within walking distance to Heping Road shopping area and the River as well as the attractions along the river. 3. Breakfast was basic and within my expectation. 4. The hotel stuff are very nice and friendly people. 5. Free self service washing machine and dryer - love it. Only 1 minus point us that wheelchaired guests may find it hard to access the hotel. There might be an entrance with ramp that I was not aware of though because there are ramps inside the hotel. Overall, highly recommended!
