The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room! The location is fantastic, right across from the cultural district and close to all the main attractions. The service is excellent, and the delivery robot is super cute and charming. I basically book this hotel every time I visit Tianjin. It's also very clean, and I appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

My girlfriend and I chose the Langlitzi Hotel Italian Style Zone branch for our trip to Tianjin. It was so, so, so incredibly noisy! The staff were nice, and I genuinely expected a mid-to-high-end hotel like this to be flawless. However, I never imagined the soundproofing would be so terrible. We had a foreign tour group next door, and they were so loud at night. This hotel's sound insulation is absolutely awful. You could clearly hear the foreign tour group talking, and the kids next door were screaming and stomping. I really can't believe how bad the soundproofing is here; it was a truly terrible experience that kept me awake all night. To sum it up in two phrases: way too noisy, and terrible soundproofing. I probably won't choose a hotel like this again.

This is my third stay here, and I absolutely love the heated towel rack! The hotel is located right at the entrance of the Italian Style Street, just a short walk to the Haihe River, making the location absolutely superb! Downstairs, there's delicious shaved ice, and there are many shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the entrance to the Italian Style Street, next to the Haihe River. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities, and there's even free parking.
