臨時訂房，離動物園特別近，非常方便，早上起來走着七八分鐘就過去了，民宿主理人有問必答，還推薦周圍好吃的館子，天津菜量賊大，倆人仨菜吃了三頓，還好住的民宿有微波爐可以熱菜。入住退房網上完成，不見面，省時省力。

酒店採光很好窗簾遮光性也超nice，交通很便利離奧體中心很近，設施齊全，出差入住工作人員特別熱情引導停車，一直帶領到房間，幫忙搬行李，中間外賣點錯地方老闆還幫忙溝通，服務無可挑剔。

預訂了特價小户型，到店後老闆主動升級成臨湖大户型，推開窗就能俯瞰整個水上公園全景，碧波與綠樹交映的景緻讓人心曠神怡。房間整潔明亮，設施雖不奢華但足夠實用，性價比超高。沒有過多打擾的服務反而更顯貼心，房間乾淨舒適。滿意

房間很乾凈，有投影設備有沙發，還有廚房，比較適合常住是公寓類型的。老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，怕找不到入口，特地給發了定位，下來接送。投影儀不正老闆娘還特地幫忙調正，特別熱情，值得入住。景色特別好，可以俯瞰整個水上公園。

第一次入住這家民宿，整體超出預期！預訂的小户型大床房雖然面積不大，但佈局合理，兩個人住完全夠用。房間打掃得很乾凈，床單被套都是新換的，洗手間也沒有水漬異味。房東提前發了詳細的自助入住指引，從地鐵站走過來3分鐘就到，跟着導航很容易找到。特別滿意的是性價比，這個地段能用這個價格住到整潔的房間實在難得。對於預算有限的人來説，這裏既能保證基本住宿質量，又不會增加經濟負擔，下次來還會考慮住這裏。

不整虛的，這民宿就仨字：好，乾淨，方便！服務是實實在在的好，房東大哥靠譜，有事説事，解決問題不墨跡。房子收拾得那叫一個利索，比住一些酒店感覺都清爽，住着心裏踏實。地理位置更是沒得挑，奧體中心旁邊，下樓就是地鐵口和商場，幹啥都方便。這價格，這體驗，性價比真的高，是咱老百姓實在住的地方，五星好評，放心訂！
