This is very irresponsible homeowner! As directed we contacted the apartment owner a day before, and everything seemed fine. She asked us additional payment of deposit 200cny, and addition 150cny for ac conditioning fee. We paid the 200cny deposit by transfer and agreed to pay 150cny in cash when we arrive. But guess what? She said no booking is made and nothing has been paid, thats why she was not outside of the apartment. We dont speak chinese, so we asked taxi driver when we were going to the apartment. And she said exact same thing ‘tell the booker to contact me, i dont see anything booked no reservations made’. And then we waited for 40min outside of the apartment in the cold! And mind you, we were with 5 year old child together. And she came after hour later, and then brought us in and then another 30min of telling our son’s friend who can speak a little bit chinese (we asked her to come with, as we dont speak the language), additional gas fee if you use kitchen, you cannot drink the water, which were 4bottles of water and she said oh maybe you can drink only 2of them. The room when we entered was very cold, as she did not prepare the room beforehand! And guess what? She told us to enter the building saying to the security on first floor “we are this room’s cousins” , wth? We dont speak chinese and certainly we dont want to feel like going illegally? She did not gave us chip that could open the building door. And after the arrival, the next thing when we woke up was there was no electricity! When we asked her she said check that this electrical thing outside the room. First its safety reason, second its really uncomfortable to check things that we dont know instead of her prepping the apartment beforehand! The attitude the talking was very rude! I would say never to book this apartment especially for families! We did have experience booking apartments before but never had this kind of issue!! Very bad, very rude very bureaucratic service!
