Wanjia Boutique Hotel (Tianjin Station Binjiang Road Pedestrian Street)

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the Heart of Tianjin, the Porcelain House, Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, Eileen Chang's Former Residence, and many other attractions. Quanyechang is also right next door. The cleanliness was decent, and the laundry room was convenient for washing clothes.

The hotel has all the facilities it should, but it just felt like it was missing something. The room was smaller than expected, a bit cramped for two people, and the cleanliness was average. However, the staff were responsible and good. The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions.

To be honest, the hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere, and there's everything you need nearby, which is a huge plus. The front desk service is very good, but the hygiene standards are not up to par. While the lobby is clean, the room itself, particularly the bathroom glass, floor, and sink countertop, had very noticeable stains. As for the facilities, the air conditioner, when set to a high fan speed, sounded like a train, constantly rattling 'da-da-da.' A light sleeper would easily be woken up in the middle of the night. The refrigerator was also very weak; it was almost useless and couldn't even keep things fresh. Given that I paid just over a hundred yuan, I can tolerate these issues, and there are still many good points. The value for money is quite high overall.

The hotel is located in the bustling Binjiang Road area, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The facilities are comprehensive and practical, though a bit old. The soundproofing isn't great; you can even hear people talking in the next room at night. The parking lot is small and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The attendant was enthusiastic, thorough, and professional, and deserves commendation.
