About 200m walking distance from the Tianjin exit no 7. Good breakfast with a variety of choices

Recently stayed at this newly opened hotel with great location less than 10min walked Tianjin railway station. The room are huge and comfortable! Definitely will be coming back again!

Park Hotel appeared to be fairly recently renovated/refurbished. The room we stayed in was clean and nicely sized for two adults and two young kids. The service was fantastic by both the front of house staff and the cleaning & maintenance team. I picked this location as it was close to Tianjin Railway Station, which is very walkable with two suitcases, some carry on luggage and two kids. It is also a convenient walk to shopping centres and local food outlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Furthermore, taking a Didi from this location is easy to travel around Tianjin. I didn't pay attention to where the subway stations are so cannot comment on its proximity and convenience to them. This hotel had a laundry and a basic gym, sufficient for holiday/business travellers if walking around all day doesn't tire you out. I deducted one star for the water damage and subsequent mould growth to the access passage way to the gym/laundry and within the gym laundry. It would appear the condensation from the air conditioning units have been plumbed to spill onto the suspended plaster ceiling in the gym/laundry and not directed outside / plumbed to a proper drainage point. This should be rectified in the short term to ensure the health and well-being of staff and guests.
