Five stars isn't the limit for this rating, it's the limit for the hotel itself!
**Service:** The service was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly kind. I was there for an exam, and when he found out, he complimentary offered me breakfast, a box of fruit, a late check-out until 2 PM, and even upgraded my room. Later, due to equipment issues in my room, I had to move around, and they upgraded my room again – two upgrades in total! When I finally checked out, they even gave me a gift box as an apology.
**Room:** Clean and tidy. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything was spotless. The soundproofing was also good, or perhaps it was just quiet because there weren't many guests, so I slept very well. The underfloor heating was fantastic; I even slept with the window open and still felt a bit warm.
**Hotel Facilities:** Breakfast was plentiful. The gym had treadmills and bikes, but no strength training equipment.
**Location:** It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. There's a park nearby. Since I was there for an exam, its proximity to the test center (only 400m away) was very convenient.
**Suggestions:** The shower pressure in the bathroom wasn't very strong, and the water took a while to heat up. It didn't bother me too much personally, but I hope the hotel can address this.
I've never written such a detailed hotel review before, but this place genuinely left a fantastic first impression of Tianjin.
