I got a free room upgrade. The room was clean and decent. It's super close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service. Perfect for layovers. I have to specially mention that the front desk service was excellent; they made me feel right at home. I'm not an astroturfer, and I don't even know the names of those two front desk staff members. But I've booked this hotel many times, and they're always so accommodating and have truly outstanding service! I'll definitely be back.

Extremely close to the airport, a shuttle got me there in just five minutes. The room was very clean. I thought it would be noisy being so near the airport, but I couldn't hear any airplane takeoff noise at all.

The hotel is very near to airport. There is a free shuttle van every half an hour. We took the van from T2 at exit 5 1st floor in T2 and on return the next morning at 6am, the driver dropped us off at T1. We made our request for the van when we checked in. The staff is very polite and helpful. They gave us an upgrade to a room with window although we booked one without. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hot water in the shower is quite good. Will definitely recommend and book again
