The location is convenient, with two large shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping quite easy. The hygiene is good, and the service attitude is also great; the front desk staff are very welcoming. I've stayed here a few times now and am quite satisfied.

The Holiday Inn Tianjin Zhongbei is located in the Joy City AEON business district of Zhongbei Town. Guests staying at the hotel enjoy free parking; simply get a parking voucher from the front desk when checking out. The hotel's interior environment is elegant and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the room facilities. The air conditioning was particularly cool. There's also a seating area in the lobby, and the swimming pool on the 6th floor is free for guests. Lisa checked me in; she was friendly, polite, and her service was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in line was incredibly long, and the process was so inefficient with only two staff members working. Breakfast was a disaster – they ran out of food, and there was only one person clearing tables, so dirty dishes from previous guests were left uncleared. The swimming pool was extremely unhygienic, and they've outsourced swimming lessons to a third party. The changing rooms reeked of a terrible odor.

Whenever guests visit, I usually arrange for them to stay here. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room facilities are generally well-maintained, and I especially appreciate how useful the mini-fridge is. The area around the hotel is also getting livelier. It's a great choice for business travelers.

Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. Water and slippers were delivered promptly. The hotel is on a higher floor overall, so the night view is quite nice.

My stay at the Holiday Inn truly exceeded expectations! The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All the amenities were well-provided, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. Definitely a five-star review!

The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and efficient. It's right next to Dayuegou, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The room layout was quite well-designed; we booked a twin queen room, around 40 square meters, and overall, we were very satisfied.
