Clarion Tianjin Hotel

The hotel, formerly the Renaissance Tianjin Binhai, still has excellent fundamentals, with a classic old-money European style. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it very convenient to visit the Wudadao area and the European Style Street. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk; her service was excellent, and she was able to adjust our room to be more spacious. The breakfast chef was also great. I will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite – it exuded old money charm. The hotel isn't new, but it has a rich history and character. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they offer luggage storage. There's a designated locker for food deliveries right by the entrance. I stayed two nights over the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, and the price was quite reasonable. The location is excellent; you can easily walk to Wudadao, Jiefang North Road, and other attractions, which is very convenient. There's also a Quisilana bakery nearby where you can grab some snacks. Tianjin is a city I really love – it's a unique blend of Eastern and Western cultures. I'll definitely be back!

I chose this place because it's convenient and not too expensive. There are also plenty of food options nearby. I've stayed here multiple times. The cleaning staff are also very kind, polite, and professional. I'll continue to choose this place next time.

The advantage is its convenient location, close to all attractions. However, there are many drawbacks. The facilities are outdated, the bathtub is too low and inconvenient for showering, the toilet is also too low, and the bed didn't match the pictures, which was quite disappointing upon entering. After discussing it, we were moved to a different room. The service attitude was good and very proactive. I sincerely hope the hotel gets renovated! Otherwise, such a good location would be a waste!

The hotel's location is great, near Xiaobailou subway station, making transportation very convenient. There are major shopping malls around the hotel, and it's very close to the Wudadao Scenic Area. The breakfast is also very rich, offering excellent value for money. I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

My stay here was excellent! The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the Xiaobailou CBD, with a commercial street just downstairs and not far from Hisense Plaza. The staff were very helpful. While the room facilities are a bit old, it didn't detract from a wonderful stay. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Tianjin!

Satisfied! It's an old hotel, but the hygiene is good, and the location is excellent. It's convenient for getting around, with a subway station and public bikes right outside. There's also a food street with all sorts of spots for photos.

The hotel's location is great, and I got upgraded to a suite. Overall, it offers good value for money. The high floor provides excellent views with three windows; staying on the 36th floor was really high! The breakfast was also quite rich. It's truly great value for money! There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel seems a bit old, but the room size is decent, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is convenient, with a subway station right across the street. However, the front desk service needs improvement. I requested a south-facing room, but they gave me a north-facing one. I had to go back downstairs to ask for a change before they would switch it. It felt like they were just trying to get away with it if I hadn't pushed. They even made a bunch of excuses. Overall, it's alright, but it would be even better if the environment and service were improved.
