I've stayed at several rooms, and Fanny's service was gentle and attentive, with thoughtful details everywhere. I was able to unwind from my travel fatigue and spent a relaxing and enjoyable time here. Highly recommend checking it out.

Fanny, our butler, was absolutely outstanding. From pre-arrival inquiries to check-in and handling all our requests during our stay, everything was impeccably managed. Communication was seamless, responses were quick, and she was incredibly attentive, proactively offering recommendations for activities and dining. This level of service really sets it apart from a standard hotel experience – it felt very private, exclusive, and incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The room was very spacious, and Wendy had already arranged an upgrade for me, so the natural light and view were both great. The front desk service was also very good and friendly. The only issue was that delivery of items was quite slow, a bit inefficient. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

This is a fantastic hotel! First, let's talk about the positives: the location and transport links are incredibly convenient. It's directly accessible from the Northwest Corner subway station, and right next to two large malls, Shuiyou City and Lujiazui Center. Plus, there's the Northwest Corner morning market just across the street – truly unbeatable! The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were very polite. We had some complicated food items to store and pack, and the staff patiently helped us with everything. The only drawback was the bathroom's bathtub; there was no shower enclosure, so you had to stand in the tub to shower.

This hotel is fantastic! The facilities are excellent, and the food selection is diverse and delicious. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is prompt. A special shoutout to the lovely ladies from Tianjin at the front desk – they are incredibly warm and friendly. They go above and beyond for guests, even arranging naps for our baby, which made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. A huge thumbs up!

Too noisy! Bad review for the male staff member at check-in! The location is excellent, very close to the subway and the Xibeijiao snack street. The first room, 2002, smelled strongly of smoke. I switched to room 2202, which was a suite. It was large but generally old, and there was hair on the nightstand. Around midnight, I was woken up by the constant loud noise of road construction outside on the street, making it impossible to sleep. I contacted the front desk to change rooms. They initially offered earplugs, which I declined. Around 1:30 AM, someone came to help me switch to room 517, which was on the other side, quiet, and much newer. I finally fell asleep around 2 AM, only to have to get up at 6:30 AM the next day. The main point is that during check-in, I specifically told the male staff member that I'd read reviews about some rooms being noisy and asked for a quiet one. He assured me that the 20th floor would be fine. Why lie to guests? Why didn't he give me a quiet room in the first place? Why put guests through such trouble in the middle of the night?
