Tianjin Binhai Shengguang Crown International Hotel

My stay was excellent! The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet. The location is very convenient for getting around, and it offers good value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, highly recommended. Housekeeper #25 did an outstanding and responsible job cleaning, very thorough. A great travel experience, I'll be back!

Overall, my stay was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend housekeeping staff members Gao Bo (No. 28) and Du Weihong (No. 24). The room was meticulously cleaned; the countertops and bathroom gleamed like new. Their service was polite and professional, and they were quick to respond to guest requests. The high standard of cleanliness and thoughtful, personalized service, delivered with such genuine warmth, made them truly trustworthy.

Excellent, I feel this is the best Crowne Plaza in the country. The front desk service by attendant #3 was superb! Many thanks!

The room was spacious and aviation-themed, which my kids loved. There were also books to read and a bathtub. The service auntie (housekeeper) was very attentive; seeing that we had children, she specially prepared kids' amenities. Dining options nearby were decent. The lakeside walk was a bit crowded. The hotel is new, with no strange odors, and breakfast was okay.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is great, making it easy to catch a taxi right outside. The bathroom was spotless with no unpleasant odors, and the staff were all very kind and polite. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bedding was super soft.

The hotel's exterior is very grand, and its location is easy to find. The facilities are well-equipped, and the service is excellent. It's located right by a clean lake, which gets very lively in the evenings with people dancing and playing music.

My favorite hotel in Tianjin! The environment is lovely, and it's right by Hubin Park. The location is excellent – there's a sports and fitness center right next door, and Fuyue Plaza and SM Shopping Center are a short walk away, making it super convenient for families with kids and dining.
