I usually come to Ur cove one of their location when I come to china but this Ur cove was so bad because the room was so cold even when we put the air condition to blow hot air but the it was keep blowing cold air and I went to downstairs to sort the problem but all they did was they heating was only starting today at 8pm and after that I was okay lets wait for 8pm and and then I after put the air condition to blow hot air and it was still blowing cold air and then I talked to the trip agent and they told me it will the air condition will normally working start soon and it never did and before I came to Tianjin I was staying at one of their other Ur cove hotel at Cangzhou this problem was also occurring there and they at least brought us a heater in the room and this one never did the room was very cold in the night time when i was sleeping,they really need to sort out their air conditioning problem very soon

來到酒店後，酒店給我升了房，是個拐角房間，寬敞明亮，乾乾淨淨的，還有飲料和餅乾！在窗户就能看到摩天輪，去大悦城，濱江道，西站，意大利風情街都不遠，周邊美食很多！很方便，下次來還住！沒有交通代金劵，早餐也可以！

我們是家庭旅遊，選來選去選了這家酒店，房間很大.打理的也很乾凈，服務員也很熱情，大廳有免費的小吃還有冰鎮的橙子水，房間贈送的還有飲料，早晨自助餐花樣也多，孩子都很喜歡

房間不錯 親子房比想象中的大 是套間！挺乾淨的！服務也不錯！
離地鐵比較近，一過地鐵就有動靜，離主幹道也近，有個小冰箱 晚上睡覺的嗡嗡響，找不到插頭關掉，電視顯示的那個小紅點一直亮着，也是找不到開關。再就是客廳的床頭開關操控不了開關，對亮度比較敏感的可以帶個眼罩。
整體是挺好的
