Great hotel near the center of Tianjin! My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and ended our 8month journey here due to being on the coast and very close to a Trek Bicycle shop. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the nearby mall for food or other necessities. The staff was very helpful in letting us store our bicycles safely in the stair case and allowing us to use the baggage cart as we took all the touring bags off. Breakfast offered a decent variety. The gym and laundry services were very helpful to have for a several day stay. I think most guests were there on business as the conference room next to the breakfast nook was often occupied after the morning meal.

Awesome hotel! The front desk was really friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The shower was wonderful, the mattress was comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a washing machine that was free for guests. The location was also really nice.

It is a convenient location in TEDA. Room is simple and clean. Service is accommodating. My 1st room had some sewage smell, requested for a change of room. Front desk immediately look into it. Had a new room within 10mins.

The hotel I arrived at last night did not open the window. When I woke up and opened the window, it was dark outside. I thought it was not dawn. I looked at my phone and it was already 8:30. I found that it was a fake window and there was a cement wall outside. It felt very depressing. , it’s like a window is installed in the cellar. The children are too afraid to look out the window. They instantly feel that they can’t stay in the room any longer. The room booked costs more than 300 yuan, which is more expensive than Long Ritz. I don’t think such a room should be given. When I showed up at Atour, I called customer service and the hotel replied that it said the corridor outside the window. I just wanted to ask where the corridor is? I wouldn't choose a room like this for over 300 yuan or 100 yuan. I can choose a very good hotel at this price in Binhai. If the hotel doesn't solve the problem, I will complain. The front desk staff will say 'whatever you want' It felt so arrogant to complain, but in the end it was Ctrip that helped solve the problem! I will never go there again.
