I want to thank the front desk staff on duty at Rujia Pai Bai Yun Hotel on the evening of August 3rd. I was traveling with my child in Tianjin when a sudden change in plans required an urgent booking at this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and patient. Without me even mentioning the travel troubles, she was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The room type I originally booked was near the hallway, but considering my child and I needed a quiet space to rest, she proactively upgraded our room for free. She also informed us that we could contact the front desk anytime for any needs and proactively offered a service WeChat. Her kind reassurance truly alleviated the awkwardness and exhaustion from our journey. When we left, the weather was hot and muggy, and she thoughtfully reminded us to bring water, even providing chilled bottled water. The next morning, we left around 5 AM, and the lobby still had staff members on duty, dressed neatly. I've stayed at many hotels of similar caliber, and it's rare to see staff on duty during the early morning hours. We don't expect staff to be on duty all night, but the hotel staff's diligent and responsible attitude made us feel incredibly secure and at ease as travelers. Throughout our stay, the front desk team and the cleaning staff were all warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. This time, I chose this hotel temporarily and in a rush, but I genuinely experienced Rujia Pai Bai Yun's excellent and thoughtful service. The next time my family and I travel to Tianjin, Rujia Pai Bai Yun Hotel will definitely be our top choice!

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff's service is top-notch. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travel. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks to the hotel for the wonderful service!

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, absolutely exhausted after a two-hour flight and multiple transfers. I had originally booked a windowless room, but when I checked in, I casually mentioned to the front desk how tiring the journey had been. To my surprise, the young lady at reception was incredibly thoughtful and offered to upgrade me to a room with a window for free, suggesting that fresh air would help me sleep better. In that moment, all the fatigue from the trip just melted away. Later, I needed to print some documents for work. I thought I'd just ask the front desk if they could help, and not only did they print them quickly, but they also meticulously helped me adjust the file format. Their attitude was patient and professional, without a hint of impatience, and they really saved me in a pinch. I had an early start the next morning, so I booked a wake-up call with the front desk. They not only called on time but, considering my tight schedule, proactively arranged a car for me so I could leave right away, ensuring my itinerary wouldn't be delayed. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Even though this is an economy hotel, the attention to service details is truly outstanding. While it lacks luxurious facilities, it offers the most genuine and warm service. Every front desk staff member is enthusiastic and attentive, genuinely putting guests' needs first and always thinking of their convenience. This kind of thoughtful, heartwarming, and attentive hotel truly leaves a lasting impression. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it to all my fellow travelers!

The location is incredibly convenient; everything I needed to do was nearby. Finding places to eat and shop was also a breeze, without having to walk far. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both very fast, and they were patient and helpful with any questions I had. Their service attitude was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

I was quite satisfied with the room. It was convenient for taking my child to the hospital across the street, and the area had supermarkets and good transport links. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady was also very nice.

Seriously avoid this place, the stay was terrible. There was a constant smell of smoke in the room. I suspect it was either coming from other rooms through the ventilation system or the smell had already permeated the walls and soft furnishings. Running the bathroom fan, opening the windows, and running the AC on high for extended periods did absolutely nothing to get rid of it. The pungent smoke smell severely impacted my rest all night. The soundproofing in the room was poor; the outdoor AC units hummed continuously outside the window. With both the smoke and noise, it was impossible to sleep well. Many of the good reviews on the platform seem suspicious, possibly fake, as they're completely out of touch with the actual environment. The hotel clearly falls short on odor removal in rooms and hardware maintenance. Basic accommodation experience cannot be guaranteed. I do not recommend booking here.

The room was tiny. I arrived at 12 PM to check in and was told there were no rooms available. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they upgraded me to a deluxe king room, but it was on the first floor. The window was large but blocked by a wall, making it useless. The room was very damp, and even with the air conditioner on dehumidify mode, it didn't dry out. The photos online are completely misleading; when I booked, I specifically requested a room with a window that let in sunlight and wasn't damp. The room door was wobbly, feeling like it could be pulled right off. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything happening upstairs and next door, day and night. The price definitely didn't justify this room. The location was decent though, convenient for getting around.

Great location, not far from the subway station. It's right next to Haiguang Mall, which makes shopping very convenient. There are places to eat downstairs, and even more options if you walk a bit further.
