First of all, our welcome fruit is uniformly delivered to each room at 4-5 pm every day and recorded, and no room will be missed. Second: Regarding the skylight problem you mentioned, you ordered a superior king-size bed room. The hotel sales page clearly marked it as a skylight and attached photos. If you need a room with a window, you can choose our room with a window. Third: Regarding the towel problem you mentioned, Xiyue opened in 2020 and has been open for 4 years. As long as there is a little trace of old towels, we will immediately eliminate them and replace them regularly. The latest batch was replaced in October 23, and they are all added with the hotel LOGO. There is no second-hand towel problem you mentioned. Fourth: Breakfast problem, we have Western bread, milk and pastries, Chinese freshly baked pancakes, freshly cooked wontons and various pastries and noodles, as well as 4 kinds of stir-fried dishes, 4 kinds of cold dishes and various staple foods plus 2 kinds of fruits, yogurt, beverages, coffee soy milk, etc. 5. Xiyue Hotel only has a reception hall on the first floor. The superior king-size bed room you booked is only available on the second floor of our hotel. There is no room separated from the living room. If there is anything we cannot do, please contact us and we will solve it in time to give you a good stay experience! Thank you
