The room was very clean and soundproof, so I had a quiet sleep. The hotel front desk staff were enthusiastic and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent, very close to the Tianjin Eye, and there are various snacks downstairs. I felt pretty good about it.

It was so convenient to watch the Ferris wheel with the kids, and we also enjoyed the night view of the Haihe River cruises. I highly recommend this room type. **Surroundings:** There are many dining options downstairs. I highly recommend Guxiangzhai; their shaved ice is delicious. There's also a snack street downstairs, which is very convenient for a stroll with the kids in the evening. **Overall:** The service and stay were both great. If you're coming to Tianjin with kids to see the Ferris wheel, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Staying one night in Tianjin for a business trip, I chose a hotel close to the Ferris wheel and the Hai River. The location of this Atour hotel is indeed unbeatable, with the Yongle Wharf and Ferris wheel just a stone's throw away. However, I'm not sure if it's due to poor maintenance or something else, but the sofas in the rooms were very dirty. It wasn't just one room; I checked several rooms consecutively, and they all had this issue. Additionally, there were two power outages during my stay. Although the hotel provided an explanation afterwards, it was still hard to understand. I hope that next time I visit, both the hardware and software can be improved!

The hotel's location is excellent. The Tianjin Eye is right downstairs, and there's a whole snack street along with a 7-Eleven. There's another snack street across the river, so everything you need is right outside. The hotel's decor and facilities are good, and it's very clean. The front desk staff are generally polite, but I do want to mention that the front desk staff last night had a very poor attitude. It felt like they hadn't received proper professional training, and I suggest they strengthen their training. We were very satisfied with the attitude of the other staff. I recommend everyone to stay here!

The entire room was free of any harsh disinfectant smell, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Housekeeping was meticulous, with no dust or hair found in any corners. The hotel's location, right under the Tianjin Eye bridge, is excellent. Tong'er at the front desk provided fantastic service.

This hotel is very mediocre. Its only selling point is its location right by the Tianjin Eye. When I checked in, the front desk staff told me they upgraded my room, but when I saw it, it was total nonsense. It was a tiny room with an inner window and very dim light, so much so that I had to turn on the lights even during the day. I was speechless. For such an expensive price, it felt like staying in a hostel! I recommend avoiding this place; don't be fooled by the location and their promotions! There are many better hotels nearby.
