The location is very convenient, about 100 meters from the subway exit, and quite close to the main tourist areas. The doorman has a strong service ethic and proactively opens car doors. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a spacious gym and swimming pool. The public areas are large, with a minimalist yet elegant design. The room design is also simple and refined; you wouldn't guess the hotel opened in 2014, and it's very well-maintained. Breakfast is abundant, with fresh and diverse food options. Although the location isn't right in the city center, all aspects of the hotel are well-thought-out and satisfying.

The service attitude was excellent; any issues I called about were resolved quickly. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Well-equipped. Environment: Tidy and clean, convenient location. Service: Good attitude. Flora's service was thoughtful, and communication was smooth.

Booked this hotel for Eric Chou's concert. It was great value for money, no inflated prices. If you're looking for a place with a good environment, this is a solid choice. The pool was very clean and parking was convenient too.

I came to Tianjin for Wang Leehom's concert and chose a hotel with good value for money. This Hyatt has been open for a while, but the interior is still very well-maintained and looks new. The front desk lady, Bayue, was also very enthusiastic and friendly, which is a big plus for the hotel. Next time I'm in Tianjin, this will be my top choice.

Booked the Club Lounge, and the service was excellent. Dinner was also provided, and the restaurant manager was very friendly. The food was delicious. We used the pool, which was clean and not crowded. Overall, a great stay.

The fruit plate wasn't delivered, and the service was just okay. My kids really enjoyed the pool though.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's probably one of the better hotels in the immediate area. However, compared to hotels in other first and second-tier cities across the country, it falls a bit short. Overall, it's pretty average.

The facilities are complete and clean. The window blinds are electric, but the motor is loud. The air conditioning control panel was difficult to use. There was a power outage for an hour during my stay, and it took an engineer to fix it. At night, the AC temperature was too low, and it was hard to adjust it – I tried several times but couldn't get it right. I didn't want to bother the engineer again in the middle of the night, so I just put up with it until check-out. After staying one night, my wife's leg felt cold, and she had to go to the hospital the next day for acupuncture and massage. I had originally wanted to experience the star-rated service of the Hyatt and brought my swimsuit to check out the pool, but all I ended up doing was sleeping and going to the doctor. I found the check-in staff unenthusiastic and perfunctory. They didn't proactively explain anything about the stay, and their communication skills were average. It wasn't a good experience for a star-rated hotel. After leaving, the hotel sales team called me back and genuinely inquired about my stay, patiently answering my questions and communicating very well. I won't leave a bad review, but I hope for improvements.

The facilities are excellent and the decor is grand, especially the public areas and rooms which are really beautiful. The only slight issue was that the air conditioning wasn't as cool as it could be. The hygiene was very good, and the service, from the front desk to the lobby bar and lounge, was exceptional. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's still perfect for a holiday getaway.

The room was a bit old. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged, so I had to switch rooms on the second day. In the new room, the outlets were loose and the plugs wouldn't stay in.
