設施：設施齊全，洗衣房很方便，房間內吹風機什麼的也應有盡有，很齊全了。
衞生：衞生不錯，阿姨打掃很勤快，服務態度也很好，消耗品更換補貨很及時
環境：環境很温馨，一如既往地舒適。這個地理位置性價比相當高了 到周邊景點都很近，晚上也可以到海河邊散步。離地鐵站才100多米，非常方便，打車也很好打。
服務：服務很到位，無論是前台還是房務都很有親和力，熱情周到，能儘可能滿足住客的需求。

帶着70歲的爸媽從北京來天津玩，臨時決定，就想找個離地鐵站近的，選來選去看到這裏離地鐵站不到300米，但看評分4.7猶豫了，因為平時都選4.9分以上，最後比較着急訂了這裏，從北京到天津站下車，一站地鐵就到了，出了地鐵也就300米就到酒店了，我定的家庭房，房間很乾凈，也很安靜，天津景點不多，帶父母慢悠悠的坐地鐵到處轉非常方便，我一般不評價，但這個位置，這個價位我真心覺得評分有些低了，本來抱着試一試的心態，但給了我100分滿意！值得推薦

離地鐵津灣廣場很近，去哪裡都很方便。訂的最基礎的房間，一個人住，夠用就行，房間衞生不錯，臨街的隔音也不錯。不好的事是空調不夠靈敏，房間的窗關閉的時候很容易受傷，關窗的時候給我戳破了。
