Good location, about 7 minutes walk from Xiaobailou Metro Station, walkable to restaurants, cafes, convenient stores and attractions, especially the Concert Hall is diagonally opposite the hotel. There were tea, coffee (from machine) and cookies & pastries at the lobby. The room i booked was probably the lowest class, was rather narrow, but still can accomodate my luggage opened on both sides. There is window facing the kitchen of a restaurant, it is acceptable for me as i feel claustrophobic in windowless room. The staff were polite and helpful.

The windows leak air, and closing the curtains will block the wind. The temperature in the room is low, so just turn on the air conditioner! The TV is a little small, so it's okay to play with your phone! I have to say something about the toilet. It is recommended to seal the ceiling and remove a few pieces of the ceiling. It looks a bit creepy when it looks black! The most important point is that the water in the shower is really not hot! ! When it is turned to the end, the red is cool and the blue is hot, just warm. Don't take a bath with children, and adults should also be cautious, as they may catch a cold. Other than that, everything else is good!

From entering the door to leaving the store, every employee smiled and took the initiative to say hello. The young lady at the front desk saw that we were taking the children and arranged a relatively quiet room intimately. There is a need to call the service center, and the response speed is very fast.
