The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

Disappointing. 1. Was greeted poorly upon arrival by front desk staff who not only spoke close to no English but had terrible attitudes. 2. We were initially ignored when we said we wanted to check in and were only attended to, albeit rather rudely, when we repeated ourselves. 3. It totally spoiled our first impression of The St. Regis as we expected at the very least, basic courtesy at check in from an establishment which brands itself as a ”luxury hotel” 4. The front desk staff's command of English was so poor that they told us check out time was at 8pm, only corrected after we clarified. The staff was also unable to confirm if payment was made, and we had to type it out on our phones to verify that payment will be deducted from a deposit. 5. None of the other usual information (eg. Wifi details, pool/gym opening hours was relayed to us). 6. Poor cleanliness at some areas: Additionally, plates at breakfast were dirty (brown liquid stains on them) and there was litter in the elevators. 7. Management really ought to invest in training the staff better. 8. On our part, we really would not recommend visitors to Tianjin to stay at The St. Regis. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

The location is very good, next to the city hall The price/performance ratio is very high. There are probably thousands of hotels of the same quality. Not to mention the environment, it has its own lake. The room facilities are quite satisfactory, above the standard for a star-rated hotel. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

Normally I am very satisfied with this hotel but this time the pool & the gym we’re closed - I just booked this hotel because of these facilities. If the hotel would show this information on the APP before, I wouldn’t have booked this stay here… I am disappointed this time. The room service also took about 25 minutes longer as expected & the “fresh” pineapple juice was definitely NOT fresh! - it was from a bottle & not as in the description. The watermelon juice was fresh & OK. The breakfast selection was also very limited this time - I ate something outside after this breakfast…

Recently I wanted to go out for fun, but I didn’t have time to go too far. I heard a friend recommended Evergrande Hotel, so I brought my family here. After checking in, I felt that the facilities of the hotel, which has been open for such a long time, are really well maintained. There are also stray kittens in the park. It feels very warm to have small animals. The scenery in the park is beautiful now, with peach blossoms blooming. It’s a different feeling to stroll in the park during the Spring Festival. The hotel service is also very heartwarming. When we checked in, the housekeeper Mo Xinying followed up and helped us record the license plate and extend the stay. The check-out time was given, which was very considerate. Friends who are traveling for a short weekend vacation can consider it and it is highly recommended.

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

I have expected a lot from this hotel but unfortunately I got disappointed here: Fist of all the check-in process needed about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and said I should take a seat first - only problem: there are just a few seats in the lobby. Many people had to stay and wait => the process was very slow which was very annoying to me and to other guests. This is the first five star hotel where I did not enter the gym. Reason: Very small gym and not much equipment. The gym and the pool are in the basement floor => the pool is very small too and the whole feeling in a basement floor is not convenient for me - I was here dissatisfied as well. The room was clean - as expected. The breakfast was disappointment too: the selection is good BUT the rice was hard, the pancakes inside still wet, the waffles too hard, baked stuff no taste at all. I went to another restaurant nearby fafterwards => the PRICE VALUE RATIO is NOT GOOD for the Ritz Hotel in Tianjin - I will not come back again. But I gave it a chance & the staff is really friendly...

Tianjin Lishunde Apartment, the service is very warm and polite, the room is large, the windows are also large, the window is the Haihe River, the scenery is also good. One bed is 1.5 meters and the other is 1.35 meters, which is very comfortable for a family of three. It's just that the bathroom facilities are a bit old, the nozzle can't be taken off and it's broken. I thought I would just stay one night and make do with it, but it was too late and I couldn't ask the master to come and fix it. Suggestion: Next time, the cleaning staff can check it before guests check in, and tell the engineering department in advance to come and repair it. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient for us to come back very late from listening to cross talk like we did. There is also a kitchen, which is nice to have a refrigerator. You can buy some cold drinks on ice in the summer, and there are relatively few tableware. There is Qixian Supermarket nearby, which can deliver goods, which is very convenient! There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to eat breakfast at a time-honored restaurant, you have to take a taxi. The nearest Zhensucheng is about 1.5 kilometers away.

I recently stayed at this great hotel. The location is very high. It is in the Five Avenues Scenic Area. The hotel has a smart robot. Brother Li who is in charge of parking is very enthusiastic. I decided to go to Tianjin on the spur of the moment and looked at hotels immediately. I mainly cared about the brand, price, transportation and location. I have stayed at Orange Crystal before. The smart experience is very good. Looking at the subway entrance, I took the high-speed rail to the South Station. Line 3 is a direct ride of about 30 minutes. It is very convenient! The hotel itself is also located in Jinwan Plaza and adjacent to Tianjin Station. It is very lively at night! The service attitude of the hotel ladies is also superb. The robot delivery is very considerate!

Not bad, the boss is good to trust everyone, check-in and rent-out are very self-service, very good I don’t understand how the projector casts the screen, but there is a mahjong machine who still manages the projector haha There is a pair of mahjong in the mahjong machine, which is a bit inconvenient.
