The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

Tianshui's popularity is not groundless. People from all over the city came here with full sincerity. As a five-star hotel, this hotel gave us three sincerity: price reduction, from 459 to 349; free double breakfast; free special spicy hot pot coupons. We were treated like babies. Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

I stayed here on the way to Maijishan and it was a bit amazing. I temporarily booked four courtyard king-bed rooms. The rooms are large and have a large platform. The furniture and color configuration of the rooms look very high-end, and they have Xiaodu smart voice. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, surrounded by green trees, and is right in front of the visitor center. It is convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is pretty good.
