I chose this hotel in order to go to Maijishan Grottoes early in the morning. The location is very advantageous. It is only a ten-minute walk to the tourist center. The hotel facilities are good, the price is very affordable, and you can check out late until two o'clock. What was really speechless was that there was a very bad smell as soon as I entered the room. I changed to another room and still had the same problem. The front desk said that other guests had also complained about it and asked us to ventilate the room ourselves, but it didn't go away after a long time. I observed that it was the odor of the cleaning rag and mop. They should learn from other hotels how to keep the indoor air fresh. It doesn't require a nice fragrance, but I shouldn't have to fall asleep smelling the stench all night. This is really important for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. Also, there was cigarette ashes in the ashtray when I entered the room and it was not cleaned. If the hotel management can improve the quality of room cleaning, it is still recommended to stay here.

Very poor rating overall! ! ! ! As a high end hotel it is not up to standard. The bathroom exhaust fan cannot be turned off and turns on automatically every half a minute. The air volume of the air conditioner in the room is very small, and it is still cold after blowing hot air all night. On top of that, the breakfast was cold! ! ! ! All the dishes were placed there, with the lids opened, but not heated! All are cold. I have never encountered a hotel breakfast that was completely cold. Even the harsh conditions in Tibet are better than this. Highly not recommended for stay.

There are unexplained marks on the couch where the luggage is placed at the door. There are pieces of paper in the cracks next to the bedside table and plastic paper on the floor. Then the journey of choosing a room began, but basically there were traces of unknown reasons on the couch where the luggage was placed at the door, and there were disposable slippers packaging bags on the floor. It was not until the fifth room that I reluctantly accepted it. In fact, there were still stains on the washbasin. There were white foam spots on the bottom of the cup and on the faucet. After flushing the toilet seat with boiling water, there was oily foam on the toilet water. I don’t know what happened. I really don’t know how the cleaning staff managed to pass over the dirt three times without seeing it? ! Facilities: It is said to be quasi-five-star, but in fact it cannot reach four-star. The floor of the room is actually laminate flooring. Facilities: In addition to the check-in rooms and restaurants, other facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, etc. are either under repair or have not yet been built. Environment: Pedestrian streets and other supporting facilities are still under construction, except that the hotel is surrounded by construction sites. Although it is very close to the tourist center where you can take the Maijishan shuttle bus, it takes about 17-20 minutes to walk due to the unreasonable road design. As some reviews have said, the restaurant has different chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the worst, lunch is the second best, and dinner is the best. All in all, poor hygiene is actually a management problem. In the past two months, there have been no less than ten reviews about poor hygiene. Each time, they apologized and promised to improve and then continued to do so. It is quite admirable to be able to persevere like this.

I stayed here on the way to Maijishan and it was a bit amazing. I temporarily booked four courtyard king-bed rooms. The rooms are large and have a large platform. The furniture and color configuration of the rooms look very high-end, and they have Xiaodu smart voice. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, surrounded by green trees, and is right in front of the visitor center. It is convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is pretty good. Overall, it is highly recommended.
