設施：有些老舊
衞生：還行吧
環境：房間倒也乾淨
服務：還好吧
總體來説位置很好的，出門走幾步路就是步行街，對面就是麻辣燙一條街，住在這裏最大的好處是方便。如果第一次來，倒是個不錯的選擇
建議：設施陳舊及時更換，酒店應備應急葯品。

很好的一次住店體檢驗，地理位置不錯，購物，吃飯方便。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，服務員態度特別好，非常耐心。酒店有旅遊景點線路圖，標註的非常詳細，還有位漂亮的美女經理，下次來天水會首選這家酒店。

房間有股異味，馬桶墊上有頭髮，服務人員態度還行，房間裏有兩瓶礦泉水，我們喝了兩瓶，但是他們那個牌子上沒有明碼標價這個商品收費，標價上寫的是另一個牌子的水，退房子的時候收了我們12元兩瓶，前台説沒有標價也是收這個價格，因為都是水，我想説的原因是因為覺得這個不符合標準，並不是因為我付不起這個價格，所以希望你們酒店把這個牌子水和你們標價的水一樣，要不然遲早會出問題，這件

以後再也不去了。這次體驗非常差，其一，服務態度差，其二衞生差，都是壞的不能用。服務態度****，告訴她浴室花灑壞掉，竟然説可以用浴盆。難道自己賓館什麼樣都不知道嗎。浴盆裏多臟。你敢在浴盆裏躺嗎。。本來夏天想穿自己拖鞋沖個涼都不行。我也不是挑剔的人，後來想想算了吧講究一下，於是穿拖鞋去沖，那個水剛開始還有點，後面直接一點水都沒有了。。。把我氣的真的無語，頭洗到半路，水都沒有了，垃圾的不能再説，我的父母是樸實的人。看見他們態度不好，一再勸我忍忍，講究一晚上。我視頻太短沒法放，衹有截圖，那個水都是打開狀態下的截圖。其實本來住這種賓館要求本來不高，就是可以沖個涼，房間燈亮一點就可以。結果涼也沒有沖上，房間連個大燈都沒有，黑的壓抑。關鍵是就這樣態度差的還不行…如果要求稍微高點，想洗澡或者舒服點的建議還是找別家……體驗非常差
