Tianshui Qinzhou District Hotels

We traveled more than a thousand kilometers from Guangxi to Tianshui, Gansu. We kept reading hotel reviews and Xiaohongshu reviews and making strategies. We finally chose Mercure Hotel with our family. From the moment we placed an order for Mercure Hotel, we started to enjoy the hotel's services before we arrived. The thoughtful Xiao Ma sent me the location of the underground parking lot. I was frozen when I got off the bus from Guangxi to Gansu. I was warmed by the clean elevator, bright lobby, and thoughtful service of the front desk staff. The hotel room facilities are smart, the bathroom is clean, there are many breakfast varieties, and the laundry and gym facilities are new. I have experienced all the facilities and services of the hotel one by one. It's really great 👍 When I checked out the next day, Xiao Ma at the front desk not only sent a lot of bottles of water, but also sent hot water. Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple. We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

The room facilities are very simple and new, and the living experience is very good. The tourism service during the Spring Festival holiday in Tianshui this year was not very good. We ate Eden Garden Malatang, but there was no place to eat it, so we had to pack it up and take it back to the hotel. I ate Mark's Grab-and-Go at night, but there was no place to eat it, so I had to take it away. There is a microwave at the hotel front desk, which was very helpful in heating up the food for us. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked me if I wanted disposable chopsticks. We were supposed to visit Maiji Mountain the next day, but the lady at the front desk said that it was snowing heavily and the park might be closed, so she suggested that we call the scenic spot. When I called the phone, it turned out to be turned off, so I saved myself a wasted trip. In general, this hotel is relatively good in Tianshui, and the living experience is also very good, especially the twin room, which has a good view of the river. Indeed, there are so many tourists checking in here that it is difficult to book a hotel. You need to go a few days in advance, otherwise you will not be able to book a suitable one. This hotel is rated 4 diamonds on Ctrip, but it is actually impossible to get there. The hotel's breakfast is really unsatisfactory, the bathroom is very small, and the wet and dry parts are not separated.

Room facilities: It opened not long ago. The bedding and decoration are very new. There is still a smell when you enter the door. The smell fades after opening the window for ventilation. Being close to the road, there are many large cars at night, so light sleepers may be affected if the windows are fully closed. Overall, the bedding is relatively comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. The intelligence is very good, the toilet is always heated and very comfortable. Service: The welcome fruits include apples and bananas, but the apples are rotten. This is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. If you check during cleaning, there will be no rotten apples that affect the experience. The most heart-warming thing is that the security guard is very enthusiastic, directing the parking and enthusiastically taking the luggage. The ladies at the front desk are also nice and enthusiastic. Catering: The breakfast time given by the front desk is 7:30-9:30. When we arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock, there was not much food. It was not a good travel breakfast.

It is worthy of being a four-star hotel in Tianshui. The service is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it makes people feel at home. I will come here often in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

They were super friendly and caring. There was also a pet cat who could come and go freely in the B&B, which was super cute. The accommodation experience this time was great. I originally had concerns and only booked 4 days to see how it would go, but finally added 2 more days. The location of the B&B is also excellent, with many attractions within walking distance (Yuquan Temple, Fuxi Temple...). Next time I have a chance, I will come again🔥

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about ten minutes to go back and forth to Fuxi Temple and the ancient city. There is a fat fish hot pot on the right hand side of the hotel. It is a bridge on the left hand side. It is also very close to the West River behind the hotel. It will pass in three to five minutes. If you want to run outdoors in the morning, the river is the most suitable. There is a free laundry gym on the third floor of the hotel. The room facilities and equipment are also good. The staff service is very warm. The check-in experience is very good. Parking is also convenient. The parking space is very spacious and the price is OK. I recommend everyone to choose

The room is quite big, the bed is very comfortable, there is a smell of solid wood as soon as you enter the room, but what makes me uncomfortable is that from the first day I entered the room to the second day I left, I didn't see any smiling faces of the front desk staff, they always had no expression. On the first day, there was a young man, and I can understand that boys don't like to talk. On the second day, there were two girls, they chatted and laughed, and I didn't see how enthusiastic they were towards the guests. In addition, there were still children playing in the yard after midnight. The hotel should have given reminders or prohibited them. It is understandable that the children are excited to play, but it is midnight and others also need to rest. The hotel did not do a good job in related work and just created such a good-looking environment. I hope that the management can be strengthened and it can be built into a local representative homestay with comfortable soft and hard environments as soon as possible.
