The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait.

This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was spotless with no odd smells, and the bedding was very comfortable. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk and staff were friendly and responsive to all requests, which made me feel very well looked after. The breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious—I was very satisfied. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, so there was no worry about parking for those driving. The location is also excellent, making travel easy with plenty of amenities nearby. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again next time!

Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, close to the ancient city but very quiet. The facilities in the house are small and intelligently controlled, the door is also a code lock, parking in front of the door is free, and the service is thoughtful. The Zhengwang of the ramen in the Fuxi Museum indicates that everything is thriving in the year of the horse!

It's not far from places like Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and the ancient city. Taxi fares are reasonable, so if you want to take a walk to see the night view, you can walk back. The service was excellent. The front desk manager was very welcoming and greeted everyone entering and leaving. The front desk was also very good. They upgraded my room and even sent me water in the evening, which was very prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. While the facilities aren't the newest, the service is much better than many new hotels in Tianshui. The parking lot isn't large, but the security guards were very responsible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very close to Fuxi Temple, Tianshui Museum, Tianshui Ancient City, and Yuzao Lane, all within a few minutes' walk. However, there is no elevator, so those with heavy luggage should consider this. Also, the furniture in the rooms is quite old, and there are stubborn old stains on the sofa. The front desk staff are friendly. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel.
