Although the facilities of the homestay are simple, they are clean and tidy, and the small yard is pleasing to the eye. The owner and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. The tickets to the Maijishan Grottoes were purchased by the proprietress. The Chinese meal is also at his home. The owner's cooking skills are very good and the dishes are appetizing. ZZhaohuibinI am very satisfied with the hotel as a whole. The front desk service Xiao Zhao is very enthusiastic and the best I have met during my trip to the northwest. When I checked out, I was given a canvas bag printed with Tianshui cultural and creative products. The hotel is not far from Wanda Plaza, about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a supermarket downstairs and small restaurants nearby. It is also not far from Tianshui Ancient Town and Siheyuan by taxi. The room is generally large, well-lit and clean. In addition to the 2 bottles of water provided in the room, there is also an extra small bottle of Nongfu Spring available for free at the elevator entrance in the corridor. This time, it took us five or six hours to go to Maijishan Grottoes, Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple from the hotel. The peak season had not started yet, so there were not many tourists in each place. We had a smooth trip without queuing almost the entire time, and returned to the hotel early in the afternoon. I haven't visited Shimen Mountain and Jieting Town yet. I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Tianshui next time.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

GGuest UserIt is a newly opened homestay. All the facilities are new and convenient to use. There are convenient restaurants nearby. It is located in the center of Maiji District. It is very convenient to take a direct bus to Maiji Mountain Scenic Spot. The homestay is only more than 600 meters away from Tianshui Station, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk there. The owner also provides pick-up at Tianshui Station. Friendly and enthusiastic owner and staff, I will stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you for the hospitality.

FFengchuimailang76As a frequent visitor with multiple hotel membership cards, when I stayed in Hanting in the provincial city this month, I encountered a rather embarrassing scene: at breakfast, the staff could not find my breakfast news, and directly invited me out of the restaurant. Despite such an unpleasant experience, but out of trust in the Hanting brand and recognition of the Trip.com platform, when I traveled during the Spring Festival, I chose to book the Hanting Hotel in Tianshui.
After check-in, the spacious layout of the room and the clean and tidy environment left a good impression on me, which is commendable. However, there are some obvious problems with the accommodation experience. The air conditioner was very noisy when it was running, and the indoor air was dry after the temperature was raised, and my lips were dry and cracked; Adjusted to moderate temperature, and because the quilt is thin, I accidentally caught a cold.
When taking a bath, the cold water was put for a long time, and the water temperature was still not ideal, which made people very helpless; and the speed of the warm water in the washbasin was even slower, and the waiting time was really long.
In terms of breakfast, there are also a lot of conditions. On the first day of stay, the front desk told me that I could not find my breakfast message, but said that I could give an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I refunded the order and re-booked a double breakfast. As a result, when my lover went to pick up breakfast on the first day of the New Year, I was still told that I didn't book breakfast. He could silently accept the ”hands” at the front desk, and he didn't dare to ask more. I really couldn't bear it. I called the front desk to ask for verification. I didn't expect the other party to be tough and have no sincerity to solve the problem.
In desperation, I can ask Trip.com for help. Fortunately, the staff is positive and has a strong ability to deal with problems. It quickly and properly solved my troubles, which made me feel a little better.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a good location. It takes about ten minutes to go back and forth to Fuxi Temple and the ancient city. There is a fat fish hot pot on the right hand side of the hotel. It is a bridge on the left hand side. It is also very close to the West River behind the hotel. It will pass in three to five minutes. If you want to run outdoors in the morning, the river is the most suitable. There is a free laundry gym on the third floor of the hotel. The room facilities and equipment are also good. The staff service is very warm. The check-in experience is very good. Parking is also convenient. The parking space is very spacious and the price is OK. I recommend everyone to choose

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.
