我們是來自新加坡的客人、第一次入住體驗了艾木、酒店非常乾淨、寬敞、精心設計過、讓我們渡過了愉快的4晚、前台小哥哥的手沖咖啡也很棒！早餐的食物很中式、特別推薦小餛飩（現包現煮）、阿姨超熱情貼心！酒店離天台山大瀑布步行就可以到達、非常方便！

首先沒什麼人住，訂的大床房給我最角落的位置，房間什麼佈置也沒有，要收300按金，定的時候三百多當天**卻衹要兩百多還有咖啡，我們三百多還不能喝咖啡，去喝還説要買餐券，房間迴音很大，向前台提出換房間，半小時都沒有迴應，知道打了三個電話要求退房才給我們換，位置也很偏遠跟酒店介紹和之前評論完全不一致，訂不到外賣，去景點都要五六公里，最後退房説按金一小時內會退，時間過了也沒退，知道打電話催前台才退，房間還有綠色的閃爍的燈光不知道是不是監控，總之體檢感很差，不要相信網上這些刷好評的

裝修風格很温馨，設施設備也都很新。衞浴用品的品質不錯。早餐豐盛，飯後還喝了樓下的咖啡，味道不錯。這個價格性價比很高了。離大瀑布景區非常近，下次還會選擇在這裏入住。

非常喜歡這家酒店， 設計跟傢具都是我喜歡的， 特別是露台的大浴缸， 很有在日本浸溫泉的氛圍
早餐雖然簡單 ， 但很健康， 也能吃飽
送的兩杯咖啡， 味道也有連銷咖啡店的水準 ！
地點更是極方便， 不管到哪個景點或老街
打車都不超過15元 ！
下次來天台旅遊， 還是會繼續入住這家酒店 ！
讓人有回家的感覺 ！

內部設施温馨，視野採光很好
提供的一次性物品齊全，還配備了馬桶消毒濕巾，很貼心
浴室挺寬敞的，舒適度較好
酒店還送了免費的咖啡，味道不錯
距離景點天台山大瀑布也很近

裝修總體挺好，馬桶也很贊
有點小問題：513空調不制熱，今天忘了反饋啦
另外，對着馬路的窗子請安裝白色紗簾，不然早晚都不敢打開，私隱性不好
其他都挺好
特別是前台工作人員，主動熱情

房間乾淨整潔，設施完備，礦泉水是百歲山好評，樓下有咖啡吧，咖啡味道出乎意料地不錯，距離大瀑布很近，打車到老街也很方便^^，非常適合來放鬆舒緩一下生活節奏

住多了傳統酒店，這次換一下口味，改住帶點名宿風的艾木酒店。房間比較有特色，也很寬敞。設施看得出老闆也挺花本錢。服務人員也非常熱情，去國清寺及大瀑布，以及赭溪老街打車都非常方便，也挺近。如果早餐花色更豐富些就很好了。
