太差，環境差死了，客房全是煙味，通風都清理不掉，一夜醒了不知道多少次，杯子，房間每個角落都是噁心的氣味。設施差到極點，嚴重懷疑是否打掃，衞生間還有丟的煙頭，地毯是織物（老闆想法是讓客人覺得高級，實際上臟的要死，吸附氣味還散不出），一句話，裏面真的很臟。

悦湖酒店位於政府大樓斜對面的始豐湖邊上，風景優美，交通方便，停車位很多，酒店內的設施設備齊全好用，淋浴熱水跟空調都給力，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店服務態度很好
