This was the worst hotel experience I've ever stayed at on Ctrip. The standard room cost over 600.
Cleanliness: This was my biggest complaint. The room had a toilet odor that got worse after I checked in, and I eventually realized it was the smell of plastic slippers. The bed and pillows also had a strange odor. I can't quite describe the specifics, but thankfully I tolerated it and managed to sleep.
Environment: This was my second biggest complaint. The hotel is right on a busy road, and there were still a lot of cars on the road until 1 or 2 in the morning, with motorcyclists roaming outside, making it impossible to sleep. Although there were double-glazed windows, they weren't soundproof. The next day, my family and I woke up exhausted and had to cancel our next trip.
Amenities: There was no soap in the room, so I had to get it at the front desk. The glass between the bathroom and bedroom was transparent, and there was no curtain, which made showering incredibly awkward!
This Ctrip hotel is considered a three-star hotel, but it's far inferior to other three-star hotels I've stayed at. I'd also like to complain that Tiantai is the only place in Taizhou where hotels are ridiculously expensive. Xianju, also a 5A scenic spot, is much better than Tiantai.

My friends and I had problems with the computer suddenly restarting automatically during the rankings. The game experience was extremely poor. Later, we went to the front desk on the first floor to complain. The front desk said that it was none of her business and that the boss would get back to me the next day and changed the room. The computer screen is a bit white. Computers like e-sports hotels? It's worse than just any internet cafe. The service was very poor. The boss didn't reply to me the next day. He left my phone number and still hasn't contacted me (two days later). I regret not taking photos to keep.
